Returns and Exchanges


We hope you absolutely love your new swimwear as much as we do!  However we do understand that you may change your mind or require a different size/style.   


Returns Policy

  • All swimwear is eligible to be returned for store credit only, excluding orders which comply with our 'Double Buy' policy.  
  • Store credit will be to the value of items returned excluding the initial shipping fee.
  • All returns must be made within 14 days after the date of delivery.  If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a return.


Double Buy Policy

We understand that it may be difficult to decide what size to pick from when ordering online, we created the Double Buy Policy to ensure any orders where multiple sizes of the same product are ordered, are eligible for a full refund on the unwanted size. 

  • If you order two sizes, simply return the less suitable size for a full refund. 
  • If multiple sizes of the same product are returned, 1 will be given store credit, where the others will be refunded. 

 Returns Criteria
  • Returned items must be in their original condition (unused, unworn and unaltered) with all tags and hygiene liners attached.  Please avoid makeup, lotions, deodorant or suncream when trying on.  
  • If products are returned with marks/stains - an appropriate deduction will be made from the refund at our discretion.
  • If the hygiene liner is not fully intact, no refund or exchange will be processed. For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear OVER your underwear.  
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we receive items in a condition where we are unable to sell them to future customers or if we consider that the hygiene liners have been tampered with.
  • All returns must be returned in the original packaging box. This is inline with our environmental and recycling policy. Failure will incur a £2.00 from your store credit.
  • Amalgamating order returns may result in a warehouse delay or fee.
  • For large returns, a small processing fee may be deducted from your return. 


To start your return, please download and complete the following Returns Form and enclose with your parcel.  If you are unable to print, a handwritten note will do but please include the relevant information.  

*  We recommend sending your return via a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels.


Sale Items 

Purchases made to any items at a discounted price are eligible for store credit only, excluding orders which have used our 'Double Buy' policy. More information on our 'Double Buy' policy can be found on our Returns and Exchanges page. Items may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of receipt of delivery for a different size or goods to the same value as the purchase price.  

We understand that final sale purchases can be frustrating however please note that sale items are discounted below cost.  We hope that you understand our position that because of this, we must be strict with regards to not accepting returns on final sale items.


Faulty Items


We are very disappointed on the rare instances our customers receive a faulty product, however manufacturing faults very occasionally may slip through our Quality Control.


In the unfortunate event you consider your purchase faulty please contact us via email immediately to along with your order number, a description and photograph of the issue so we can investigate. 


Our company policy is to provide a replacement product up to 30 days after receipt of the goods if they turn out to have a manufacturing fault.


Items damaged due to excessive or long term use or not washed according to the provided care instructions are not considered to be faulty.  Only manufacturing faults will be considered.  We will not refund items that are damaged due to incorrect sizing.
